Accountabilities:
As an Operations Associate, you’ll take ownership of client-facing operational cases, balancing accuracy, empathy, and efficiency while working across teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries accurately, providing clients with clear and reliable information.
- Manage client inquiries end-to-end, taking responsibility for each case through to resolution.
- Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.
- Analyse client queries, patterns, and trends to identify process gaps and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Troubleshoot platform-related issues and guide clients and employees through appropriate solutions.
- Create and maintain clear, practical knowledge documentation for both clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, prioritising effectively while maintaining a high standard of service and accuracy.
Requirements
You’ll be a strong fit if you combine customer-facing experience with analytical ability, strong communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- 2–4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, customer support, or SaaS environments, ideally in a client-facing position.
- Fluent Spanish and strong English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, including confidence investigating invoices and working with data.
- Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive and structured approach to following issues through to resolution.
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with invoice management, CRM, or ticketing platforms such as Salesforce or NetSuite is a plus.
- Familiarity with EOR, payroll, HR, or workforce management systems is advantageous.
- Additional language skills, particularly German, are considered a plus.
- Ability to work remotely within approximately ±2 hours of Central European Time.
