?? About the Role

As our Operations Assistant, you'll be the go\-to person ensuring our Lisbon properties run smoothly and guests feel right at home. From coordinating housekeeping to handling guest communication, you'll play a vital part in our day\-to\-day operations and service quality.

?? What You'll Do

• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with care and professionalism


• Welcome guests and visitors warmly at our properties


• Conduct regular property checks to maintain high standards


• Monitor and restock amenities across properties


• Coordinate housekeeping schedules


• Keep property files and systems (PMS) up to date and organized

• Contract: Full\-time


• Start Date: ASAP


• Location: Cais do Sodré, Lisbon
