We are looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team and help keep our office, order processing, logistics and stock administration running smoothly.

We are a 4th generation family\-owned and operated company, and this is a varied role with real responsibility at the heart of the business. This is a genuinely interesting job — spanning ecommerce, international shipping and excise compliance in a real consumer\-brands business — and rather more than a typical coordinator role. You will be joining a small team, so it's ideal for someone who enjoys being hands\-on, takes pride in getting things done properly, and is happy to roll up their sleeves and support wherever needed.

This is not a role for someone who wants to be narrowly defined. We are looking for someone with the ability to take initiative, who is tenacious, resourceful and persistent when solving problems, chasing actions and making sure important details do not get missed. In a small business, attitude matters just as much as experience, so we are looking for someone dependable, practical and willing to take ownership.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer orders across Wix, Amazon and direct sales channels

  • Arrange UK and international shipments including parcels, pallets and freight

  • Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, stock and operational records

  • Support bonded and free\-circulation stock administration and compliance paperwork

  • Assist with HMRC/excise\-related records and monthly returns

  • Manage Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central and Wix administration, including returns, listings and customer queries

  • Coordinate office administration including suppliers, service contracts, annual leave records and general site support

  • Liaise with customers, hauliers, service providers, tenants and internal teams

  • Support the organisation of trade shows, events and related stock/logistics

  • Help identify issues, follow them through and take practical action to resolve them
What we're looking for

Essential:

  • Strong administration or operations coordination experience

  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

  • Confident using Excel and online business systems

  • A self\-starter who can work independently and take initiative
Also important:
  • A tenacious, practical approach, with the ability to keep track of multiple moving parts

  • A willingness to work as part of a small team and support the wider business where needed

  • Professional and confident communication skills
Especially useful experience
  • Import/export administration

  • Bonded warehouse, excise or HMRC\-related admin

  • Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central

  • Ecommerce order processing

  • Shipping, logistics or stock control

  • Office coordination in a small business environment
