We are recruiting for two Operations Administrators to support the delivery of NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and social care services from our Solihull office.
This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high standards of work in a fast\-paced environment. You will play a key role in coordinating administrative processes, supporting healthcare professionals, and ensuring excellent service delivery to patients and families.
This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, motivated, and willing to go above and beyond as part of a growing and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule CHC\-related appointments and meetings
- Collate documentation for assessments and reviews
- Maintain and update internal systems and service trackers
- Support reporting requirements for NHS and social care commissioners
- Communicate professionally with healthcare professionals, clients, care providers, patients, and families
- Attend/lead operational meetings with NHS CHC teams
- Support wider operational delivery and service improvement initiatives
Essential
- Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to high standards
