Operations Administrator (Construction Experience Required)
FULL TIME OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a professional and highly organised Operations Administrator to join the team at JMP Electrical Service Kent Limited.
This role is key to supporting the day\-to\-day operations of an established and growing electrical contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaising with clients to schedule works and allocating sites to engineers.
Compiling progress reports by recording engineer attendance and time spent on site.
Tracking company pricing, costs, and expenses.
Preparing and submitting operational documentation including RAMS (Risk Assessments \& Method Statements).
Maintaining and updating company policies and compliance documentation.
Raising purchase orders, issuing invoices and escalating any that become overdue.
Managing and recording staff holiday requests and absences.
Supporting the wider operations team with general administration duties.
Requirements:
Previous experience within the construction or electrical industry is essential.
Confidence using office systems and software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
This is a full time position with hours of work from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary offered, subject to experience and industry background.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£28,000\.00 per year
