For our Operational Excellence department at one of our locations, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Performance Manager (m/f/d) AI \& Process Automation who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and embodies what all our employees have in common: the ambition to always go one step further.
Your Responsibilities
-------------------------

• Act as the primary interface between Business and IT, translating business needs into clear requirements and scalable digital functional concepts


• Identify, prioritize, and develop AI, automation, and digitalization use cases that support business objectives and operational performance


• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for standardization, digitalization, and automation


• Build business cases, define requirements, and support the design of future\-state processes in close collaboration with stakeholders and IT teams


• Contribute to the continuous development of the company’s AI, automation, and digital tool landscape by providing business expertise and strategic input


• Evaluate emerging AI and automation opportunities while ensuring alignment with security, data privacy, and governance requirements


• Lead or support workstreams and projects related to operational excellence, AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives


• Ensure proper documentation, stakeholder alignment, user adoption, and the successful handover of implemented solutions into operational use

Your Expertise
------------------

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field


• Proven experience in business transformation, process improvement, digitalization, operational excellence, or project management


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital innovation


• Ability to translate business needs into structured concepts and functional requirements for technical implementation teams


• Solid understanding of AI, automation, and digital technologies, with the ability to leverage them to drive business value


• Hands\-on experience with AI solutions, AI agents, robotic process automation (RPA), workflow automation platforms, or low\-code/no\-code technologies is a plus


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT teams in an international environment


• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, and willing to travel internationally when required
