Your new role
As an Onsite Tech Support professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our End User Devices (EUDs) and other devices during clinical trial conduct. This role requires a proactive individual who can independently address and negotiate with suppliers, internal teams \& departments and other stakeholders and have strong quality mindset.
Your responsibilities will mainly include, but are not limited to:
- Perform setup, configuration, and deployment of End User Devices in line with internal procedures and quality standards and validate and test accordingly
- Coordinate and install, configure, validate, and manage releases of required software applications \& Operating System, and tools to support business operations
- Ensure configurations of Medical Equipment connected to the EUDs and support integration of peripheral devices and other equipment (e.g., printers, scanners, and other hardware) as required for operational needs
- Coordinating with Network Team and performing required testing to ensure timely support for Firewall Configurations and other network openings
- Supporting network operations related to reservation of IPs, adding devices to network security groups and subsequent updates of the relevant network documentation
Your new department
CLINiC is located in Gentofte, Denmark, and is dedicated to conducting early\-phase clinical trials to assess the safety and efficacy of new drugs from Novo Nordisk. The Technology and Facility Management department plays a vital role in ensuring that CLINiC is equipped with the necessary technology, including EUDs, IT systems and medical equipment, to support trial conduct.
The atmosphere is dynamic and collaborative, with a shared commitment to innovation and excellence in clinical research. It is a diverse team made up of individuals with a variety of nationalities and professional experiences.
Your skills and qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelors or Master Degree within relevant area, or other relevant business experience
- 4\+ years in IT with a minimum of 2\+ years within managing computers and desktop operations
- Experience with working in the Windows environment, preferably Windows 10/11
- Experience with PC setup and installation
- Experience with Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with scripting in PowerShell or similar, knowledge and understanding of GDPR, documented supplementary trainings within field of expertise, and working experience within the Pharmaceutical industry or other highly regulated industry.

What we offer
Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,600 to 1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short\-term and/or long\-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
