Designer Carpet is an online supplier of luxury carpets and made\-to\-measure rugs. We work closely with leading designer carpet brands to ensure we offer an extensive range of products delivered directly to the consumer.
We are a dynamic company based in Derbyshire and pride ourselves on being an inclusive employer. You will be based in our Ripley Office and be an integral part of our Online Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- To always deliver a friendly and professional service to all customers through telephone, email and online chat platforms.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently, to provide a positive customer experience.
- Help resolve any issues and to deal with any complaints from customers
- Producing quotations, and following through to completion.
- No Sales Targets but you will be expected to seek out opportunities for add on sales such as underlay, accessories and stain protection.
- Exceptional Customer Service.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication and listening skills.
- The ability to work independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Previous retail sales experience.
- To be able to problem\-solve and help resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Pension.
- Working 5 days \- Monday to Friday 9am\-5:30pm
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.

- Monday to Friday only (Saturday holiday cover up to 4 times a year)
