Onboarding Manager
The opportunity
We are a completely independent network for mortgage and protection advisers with over 850 members across the UK. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Onboarding Manager to oversee, run and develop the Network Onboarding Process for new advisers and Appointed Representatives, while leading and develop our Applications team.
This is a hybrid position; however, the successful candidate must be within commuting distance of our Head Office in Knowle, Solihull.
The role requires full\-time attendance at Head Office during the initial training period. Once training is complete, a minimum of three days per week will be spent working from Head Office.

Responsibilities of an Onboarding Manager
- To oversee, run and develop the Network Onboarding Process for new advisers and Appointed Representatives.
- To oversee the risk assessment of new network members.
- To manage, coach and develop the Applications team.
- To be responsible for FCA submissions.
- To support the Compliance Director.
- Management and maintenance of CRM Systems.
- To put together statistics and reports for Compliance Director.
- To produce a monthly report on the Applications function to the Compliance Director.
- To keep abreast of Financial Conduct Authority guidance regarding assessing fitness and propriety and to recommend policy and process changes as deemed necessary.
- To assist with project work when necessary.
Requirements of an Onboarding Manager
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience managing a team is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
- Coaching and mentoring and people management skills.
- Good team player, but with the ability to work under own initiative.
- The ability to analyse information with a view to making informed decisions.
- Competent on Microsoft office suite i.e. excel, word etc.
Salary of an Onboarding Manager
- £30,000 \- £35,000 dependant on experience for our higher salary banding you must possess all the required qualifications/experience as stated above and carried out a similar role within a Mortgage Network.
Working Pattern of an Onboarding Manager
- Monday \- Friday
- 9am \- 5pm
