Location: In\-Clinic, Staffordshire (HQ)
Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 Pro\-Rata, per year (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full\-Time \& Part\-Time \| Flexible Shifts Available
Work Schedule: 3 to 5 days per week (Evening focus: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM available to align with foundation training)
Industry: Online Pharmacy, Aesthetics \& Digital Health Marketplace
About Us:
FACES is a powerhouse B2B marketplace and digital ecosystem supplying pharmaceuticals, aesthetics, and premium medical\-grade solutions to thousands of clinics across the UK. We are changing how practitioners and patients interact with healthcare education. We don't do "influencer nonsense"—we build absolute clinical trust through relentless, high\-value, education\-first digital content.
The Mission:
We are looking for a confident, upbeat, and articulate Registered Healthcare Professional who is entirely natural on camera and genuinely loves breaking down complex science into engaging hooks.
You will step in as the friendly, professional "medical voice" across our social and live platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook Live). Your job is to drive health literacy, dissect trending medical news, explain the risks and rewards of new wellness/aesthetic drugs on the market, and build deep audience authority that naturally drives marketplace conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live Broadcasting \& Hosting: Lead high\-energy, engaging Live sessions and short\-form video recordings across all major social channels.
- Conversational Medical Education: Break down complex topics—skin health, injectables, weight management, new pharma entries, and clinical aftercare—in an empathetic, relatable "medic next door" style.
- Trend Analysis \& News Breakdown: React quickly to trending aesthetics and health articles, discussing new wellness drugs on the market, balancing clinical data with risks, side effects, and headlines.
- Content Collaboration: Brainstorm weekly content themes, hooks, FAQs, and myth\-busting concepts alongside our remote and local creative marketing teams.
- Pathway Signposting: Maintain strict clinical standards by directing viewers to safe, appropriate healthcare pathways (GP, 111, A\&E) whenever individual medical concerns arise.
This is an education, compliance\-safe, and awareness\-driven role.
- What it IS: General health literacy, treatment expectations, risks, red flags, and product functionality.
- What it IS NOT: Diagnosing individuals in live chats, running individual consultations, or making prescribing decisions via comments.
- Essential: A registered UK healthcare professional (Foundation Year 1 or 2 Doctor, Registered Nurse, Student Nurse close to graduating, Prescriber, Pharmacist, or Dermatologist).
- On\-Camera Charisma: Naturally friendly, bubbly, authoritative, and exceptionally clear when speaking directly to a lens.
- Sharp Clinical Judgment: Deep understanding of professional boundaries and safe regulatory guidelines when discussing medical products online.
- Nice to Have: Prior content creation experience (even personal TikToks/Reels) and a passion for aesthetics, skin health, longevity, or wellness distribution.
To apply, you must submit your CV along with a short Loom video of yourself discussing one major health or pharmaceutical drug currently making headlines in the news.
*The explicit purpose of this video is to demonstrate your high energy, on\-camera presence, and your ability to make clinical data sound personable and clear to the general public. Applications without a Loom link will be instantly archived.*
