On-Camera Content Host / Social Media Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, charismatic and reliable On\-Camera Content Host to become a visible face of a growing online brand.

This is a broad content role focused on livestreams, short\-form videos, UGC\-style content, social media growth, audience engagement and brand\-led online entertainment.

The content may include lifestyle content, reaction videos, gaming\-related content, livestreams, social media trends, promotional content, community engagement, brand campaigns and other creative formats that help grow and monetise the brand.

You do not need to be a professional influencer, streamer or presenter already. What matters most is that you are confident on camera, comfortable speaking to an audience, reliable, coachable and willing to follow creative direction.

We will provide the content ideas, scripts, talking points, creative direction, brand guidance and overall strategy. Where required, we can also provide the setup, equipment and support needed to create high\-quality content while working with us.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Appearing on camera for social media content


• Hosting livestreams and online content sessions


• Creating short\-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and similar platforms


• Producing UGC\-style content for brand campaigns and promotional use


• Taking part in gaming\-related content, lifestyle content, reactions, trends and entertainment formats


• Engaging with audiences, viewers and online communities


• Following provided scripts, talking points and content ideas


• Working with the team to test new formats, trends and creative angles


• Representing the brand in a professional and engaging way


• Being consistent with agreed content sessions, posting plans and livestream schedules

Previous experience in content creation, livestreaming, presenting, acting, modelling, hosting or social media is useful but not essential. The most important things are confidence, reliability, personality and consistency.

Pay \& Compensation

Compensation is flexible and will depend on experience, availability, content ability and the final working arrangement.

We are open to several structures, including:

• Hourly pay


• Fixed pay per content session


• Monthly retainer


• Performance bonuses


• Revenue share opportunities


• Hybrid structure with guaranteed pay plus upside

The preferred structure is likely to be a hybrid arrangement. This means there may be a base payment for your time and consistency, with additional upside based on content output, engagement, performance, campaigns, revenue or brand growth.

Examples of possible compensation include:

• Paid livestream or content sessions


• Monthly retainer for agreed content output


• Bonuses for consistency and reliability


• Bonuses for strong\-performing videos or livestreams


• Revenue share on agreed campaigns or income streams


• Increased pay as the brand grows and the role expands

Full compensation details will be discussed with shortlisted applicants based on availability, experience and fit.

Schedule

The role is flexible and can be built around the right person’s availability.

We may start with a small number of content sessions or livestreams each week and increase over time if the working relationship is strong.

Example schedule options may include:

• 2–3 content sessions per week


• Livestreams on agreed days


• Short\-form content recording sessions


• Flexible evening or weekend sessions


• Additional content days for campaigns or brand projects

The exact schedule will be agreed before starting.
