Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage day\-to\-day office operations, ensuring organisational efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
- Organise schedules, appointments, and meetings for staff members
- Maintain accurate data entry records using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document management
- Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record keeping using QuickBooks
- Support the onboarding of new staff members through administrative procedures
- Coordinate office supplies procurement and inventory management
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming at all times
- Proven office experience with strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive), and QuickBooks
- Experience in administrative or clerical roles with excellent data entry skills
- Strong typing ability with attention to accuracy and speed
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Previous experience using office management software is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritising tasks efficiently
Pay: £38,700\.00\-£41,700\.00 per year
