About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and professional Office Manager to join a successful and growing Wealth Management Practice based in Hungerford.
This is a key position within the business, supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. You will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional client experience, managing administrative operations, coordinating support staff, and maintaining efficient business processes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee office operations, client administration, diary management, CRM maintenance, and team coordination.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, advisers, and support staff, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
- Manage office expenses and oversee general office administration.
- Review and improve office systems, processes, and workflows to maximise efficiency.
- Coordinate client review meetings and prepare all necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
- Manage Letters of Authority and liaise with relevant providers where required.
- Support client servicing activities and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
- Provide day-to-day support and coordination for the administration team.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, correspondence, and client enquiries professionally and confidentially.
- Support senior management with a range of operational and administrative requirements.
- Proven experience in an Office Manager, Practice Manager, Executive Assistant, Senior Administrator, Client Services Administrator, or similar role.
- Previous experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management, or a professional services environment is highly desirable.
- Strong office management and organisational skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and client relationship management skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- High levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
