As Office Manager at Patta Exclusive Sneakers B.V., you'll get to oversee the administrative duties that help our team and office run seamlessly. You'll be in charge of handling things like maintenance issues, mailing needs, equipment repairs, shopping, and errands. You're the fixer of the office problems. Additionally, you'll work with HR and support them in tasks like onboarding new team members and some admin here and there. You'll also get to play a big role in improving the office environment, however you see fit. Ultimately, you'll have a big impact on the day\-to\-day office vibe for the whole team.
What you'll be doing

- Act as a point of contact for visitors and employees
- You help with the onboarding of new colleagues (workplace, preparing them for work, putting together a welcome package, ordering a laptop, etc.)
- Coordinating facility matters, such as maintenance, cleaning, and office furnishings
- Managing the office stock and arranging the necessary office supplies
- Planning and coordinating meetings and events
- Write the monthly employee newsletter
- Thinking about and developing ways to make the organization more sustainable

- You have a good handle on software like MS Office and Google Suite.
- You have an idea of how an office works and the challenges teams like ours face.
- You have experience working with standard office equipment such as printers, phones, and computers.
- You are a great communicator who knows how to corral your team.
- You have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- You are a creative thinker with the ability to spot opportunities for office improvements.
- You have a driver's license
