Job Title: Office Manager – Property \& Property Development
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support our property and property development operations. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing administrative and operational support across property management, development projects, and senior leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail\-oriented, and comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders in a fast\-paced property environment.
Key Responsibilities
Office \& Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and professionalism
- Manage office supplies, systems, and vendor relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for office administration and operational matters
- Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
- Provide administrative support to property management and development teams
- Assist with documentation for property acquisitions, leasing, sales, and development projects
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, agents, councils, and service providers
- Track key property documents including leases, contracts, insurance, compliance, and approvals
- Support project timelines by coordinating meetings, reports, and correspondence
- Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, expense tracking, and budget administration
- Liaise with accountants, property managers, and external advisors as required
- Support compliance requirements including insurance, WHS, and regulatory documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding of staff and contractors
- Coordinate internal communications and team meetings
- Assist with scheduling, calendars, and travel arrangements
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator, ideally within property, real estate, construction, or development
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and document management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential and commercially sensitive information
- Experience in property management or development environments
- Familiarity with property systems, lease documentation, or project coordination
- Basic understanding of development processes, contracts, or council approvals
