Nuvo Hotel Group manages over 200 serviced apartments across Birmingham. We are committed to providing great accommodation and excellent customer service.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day\-to\-day running of the business. You will manage all departments, make sure they are working efficiently, solve problems, and help improve how the business operates.

This is a fast\-paced role, so you must be organised, confident, and able to manage a large team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily running of the office and all departments.

  • Oversee:

  • Customer Service

  • Housekeeping

  • Maintenance

  • Recruitment

  • Staff Rotas

  • Make improvements to the way departments work.

  • Introduce new processes and ensure staff follow them.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.

  • Deal with guest, staff, and supplier enquiries.

  • Solve day\-to\-day operational problems.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.

  • Support senior management with business operations.

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar management role.

  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment.

  • Good problem\-solving skills.

  • Able to manage and motivate a large team.

  • Good knowledge of office administration and computer systems.

  • Professional and confident manner.

Training is provided (PAID) \- Looking for immediate start.

Office is open 7 days a week \-

Requiment would be 5 days a week, comfortable to work on weekends if needed and help staff when needed on Rota.

Pay: £16\.00\-£18\.00 per hour
