We are now seeking an Office Manager who will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business as we grow.
Role Overview
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing day\-to\-day operations, supporting the Senior Leadership Team, and ensuring that the business runs effectively and efficiently. This role combines operational enablement, administrative coordination, and people support. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem\-solving, and making things happen.
We recognise that our ideal office manager might be someone who has caring responsibilities, can only work during school hours or has any other commitments outside of work and we are excited about also providing opportunities for candidates who are passionate about the role but may need this extra flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Oversee day\-to\-day office operations and act as a central point of coordination across the business.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems, processes, and policies to support smooth business operations.
- Support the Senior Leadership Team in ensuring projects and business functions run efficiently.
- Report on project and operational metrics to inform companywide decision making.
- Support onboarding of new staff and contractors, ensuring systems, tools, and access are set up.
- Coordinate internal communications, meetings, and company updates.
- Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and high\-performing team culture.
- Reconcile company bank accounts and file company tax returns and payroll records.
- Liaise with consultant teams or external providers to support invoicing, expenses, and budget tracking.
- Assist in maintaining company compliance (e.g. insurance renewals, data protection, health and safety).
- Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained.
- Provide administrative and operational support to client delivery teams as required.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Help track project and business performance metrics to inform company\-wide decision\-making.
- Previous experience in office management, operations, or business support role (preferably within a consultancy or professional services environment).
- Previous experience working with the ERP system Odoo, or knowledge of accounting desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, ERP, or CRM tools).
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking initiative in a fast\-moving environment.
