About the role

We are seeking an Office Manager to join our Cirencester office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration to the wider team along with managing day\-to\-day office operations. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and independence, as well as the opportunity to contribute proactively to process improvements. Additionally, you will become part of a broader Office Manager network, facilitating the exchange of best practices and professional insights.

What are we looking for.

This role would suit a proactive and highly organised professional who enjoys keeping a busy office running smoothly and building strong relationships across the team. You will bring strong administration experience, confidence using Microsoft Office packages, and the ability to manage competing priorities with ease.

Qualifications, Skills \& Experience:

Essential

  • Working knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures and systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience of billing and invoice systems.

  • Strong communication, grammar, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to use initiative and work both independently and collaboratively.
Desirable
  • Experience of managing an office environment.

  • Line management experience of an administrative team.

  • Experience of PA duties, including diary management, organising meetings, and arranging travel.

  • Understanding of health and safety procedures and ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 standards.
