Bristol Phones \& Tech Specialists Limited is seeking a professional and organised Office Manager to manage daily administrative and operational activities, support customer service, maintain business records, coordinate repair bookings, and assist management in the smooth running of the company’s mobile phone, electronics repair, accessories, and vape product services.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Coordinate repair bookings for mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops, and other electronic devices.
- Maintain accurate customer records, invoices, receipts, repair job sheets, and warranty details.
- Assist with stock control for phones, accessories, vape products, power solutions, and repair parts.
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and service providers regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
- Prepare sales summaries, stock updates, reports, and operational records for management.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues where required.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage records, staff coordination, and supplier communication.
- Experience in retail, technology, repair, customer service, or office management would be beneficial.
- Confident in using computer systems, emails, spreadsheets, and office software.
