How you will shape Prophero:

<li>Office Management: </li>
<ul>
<li>Oversee general office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.</li>
<li>Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with service providers.</li>
<li>Assist in organizing company events, training and team activities.</li>
<li>Ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment as well as being close and supportive with the team.</li>
<li>Office equipment & merchandising order and inventory management.</li>
<li>Proactively propose initiatives for the team and the office to enhance team engagement and experience. </li>
</ul>
<li>Administrative HR Tasks: </li>
<ul>
<li>Assist in the creation and management of employment contracts.</li>
<li>Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR matters.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with our internal policies.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
What you will bring to our team:
<ul>
<li>Experience: Previous experience in an internship in an HR environment.</li>
<li>Education: 3rd/ 4th year HR / ADE Student-Mandatory.</li>
<li>General Skills: Detail-Oriented, Proactive, Autonomous, People-oriented.</li>
<li>Tools: HRIS knowledge preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications. </li>
<li>Detail-oriented and collaboration skills!</li>
