Temp to Perm

Location:London – onsite, 5 days per week

Start Date:ASAP

Salary:£30,000–£45,000 (DOE)

We’re supporting an international organisation in the health & wellness sector as they search for an energetic, proactive Office Manager and Facilities Coordinator.

This opportunity is perfect for someone with bags of energy, previous Office Management and Facilities experience, and a real desire to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. While the role is well suited to an experienced Office Manager, it could also be a great step for a motivated recent graduate with some office admin exposure and the drive to learn quickly.

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll be the go-to person ensuring the London office runs smoothly day to day, including but not limited to:

  • Managing facilities, suppliers, and maintenance

  • Ordering office supplies and monitoring stock levels

  • Conducting regular office walk-throughs to identify issues

  • Creating a positive, well-organised environment for the wider team

  • Supporting onboarding/offboarding and handling confidential information

  • Receiving and distributing post, parcels, and deliveries

  • Organising team events and bringing your ideas to life

  • Managing courier bookings

  • Acting as a trusted support to senior leadership

You’ll work closely with extremely time-poor senior executives, so confidence, initiative, and the ability to run with tasks independently are essential.

What you need to know:

  • Fully office-based role

  • Hours: 8am–4pm (you’ll open the office; another team member closes)

  • London team: 100+ employees across two floors, expanding to three

  • Global headcount: 800, with offices across multiple continents

  • Further international launches planned
