The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Working hand\-in\-hand with our Office Manager, you will be the ultimate team player, helping with the day\-to\-day tasks that keep our business moving. This is a brilliant, varied role where you will learn how a modern office works from the ground up.
Your daily tasks will include:
1\. Front\-of\-House
- Answering the phone with a friendly smile in your voice, taking messages, and helping direct customer enquiries.
- Monitoring the general company inbox and making sure emails get to the right team members.
- Learning to use our company CRM system to set up new customer profiles.
- Helping to gather essential project details from customers (like photos of their property or utility bills).
- Assisting with basic social media posts and updating content on our website.
- Keeping an eye on office supplies—making sure we never run out of stationery, printing consumables, or coffee!
- Helping sort, pack, and keep track of branded staff uniforms and PPE inventory.
- Assisting with filing, scanning, and printing essential project paperwork.
- Helping the Office Manager organize staff treats, Friday lunches, and company social events.
- Providing general "helping hand" admin support to our Directors and project teams when needed.
You don’t need a long CV, but you do need to bring the following to the table:
- A Positive Attitude: You genuinely enjoy helping people and come to work with a can\-do mindset.
- Great Communication: You are comfortable speaking to customers on the phone and have clear written English for emails.
- Tech\-Friendly: You know your way around a computer (Word, Excel, and social media) and pick up new software quickly.
- Reliable \& Organised: You show up on time, take pride in your work, and notice the little things (like when the printer is out of paper)
Pay: £22,000\.00\-£23,000\.00 per year
