Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised office assistant to join our team, to work full time Monday\-Friday 9am\-5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Managing phone calls and emails \- this involves customer service, taking orders and solving issues for our customers

  • Entering orders using Sage

  • Staying organised and ensuring orders go out on time and customers receive things they need in a short timeframe

  • Filing and organising paperwork
Ideally would be able to use Excel and Sage, and be familiar with working on computers.

Pay: £25,000\.00\-£30,000\.00 per year
