Overview
This is a part\-time on\-site role for an Office Administrator located in Stretton under Fosse. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day\-to\-day tasks including:
- Answer the telephone system and respond appropriately.
- Maintain visitor records, related Health \& Safety notices and materials.
- Assisting management in the analysis of job costings.
- Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.
- The ability to comply with Health \& Safety legislation and also maintain the admin of our health and safety system.
- Review of work force clocking in and upkeep of records.
- Scanning documents and processing them in the server.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
- Previous experience of ERP or MRP software would be advantageous.
