Office Administrator. Engineering/ Building/ Purchasing / Buying/ costing/planning
We are looking for an experienced Office administrator / Purchasing administrator for an interesting and varied role with one or more of the following key skills: \-
Calculating quantities.
Calculating costs / costing materials.
Preparing quotations to send via email.
Buying – Sourcing materials, obtaining the cheapest prices and negotiating discounts.
Production and delivery planning
Legal
Good computer skills especially in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Good English language skills.
Good math's skills.
Good general administration.
You will have an engineering or building background
Although not essential, these would be useful skills to have. Drawing freehand or computer, Knowledge of SEO, AdWords or web design skills .
A confident telephone manor is essential.
You need to think for yourself and must be able to take ownership of a task taking it to conclusion.
Our office is based on a farm so can be dusty.
You will need your own transport due to our rural location and no public transport available, but we can offer free parking and ideally live within 20 miles of our location
