Company Description
Energy Network Services are an electrical utility contractor in the southwest, and an Accredited Independent Connection Provider (ICP). We specialise in the design, construction, commissioning, maintenance and eventual end of life management of private and public distribution networks. We are currently looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our team.
Role Description
This is a part\-time office\-based role for an Administrator located Three\-Legged\-Cross, Wimborne. The Administrator will provide a supporting role to a busy a team of senior leaders and onsite electrical craftspersons. You will report to the Finance \& HR manager and will be responsible for the general operational administration activities required for the business.
The position offers a flexible approach to hours and includes excellent training and development opportunities. A professional manner when engaging with clients, answering calls and emails, and receiving visitors to the offices is essential, along with the ability to effectively manage the workload to a schedule of daily, weekly and monthly tasks.
What you’ll be doing:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a new team member to support the daily running of our business, with activities including:
- Undertaking all general administrative duties required to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Handling calls and email inquiries from external stakeholders and new business opportunities with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintaining accurate and up\-to\-date administrative records such as training, suppliers, driving licences and medicals.
- General building responsibilities such as fire alarm testing, shutter door maintenance, window cleaning, and air conditioning service.
- Arranging the servicing and MOT inspections on the company fleet of vehicles.
- Maintaining, updating and renewing vehicle insurance, breakdown policies, Dart Charge and TFL accounts.
- Ordering stationary, hand tools, PPE and other general items as required for the team.
- Manage the annual ordering and distribution of client gifts for Christmas, give aways, donations and other branded merchandise.

· Previous demonstrable experience working in an administrative role (any level considered)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Reliable and confident, with a strong commitment to teamwork and the delivery of high standards.
Essentials
- Minimum of a level 2 qualification (Regulated Qualifications Framework) in English
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
