Office Administrator

AMS is currently recruiting for the position of Full Time Administrative Assistant
Location: Cork City, Cork
Processing of clinical files and data through AMS’s internal software systems.
Creation and proof\-reading of patient reports.
Providing excellent customer service to customers, clients and patients via phone and email queries. Our relationship with clients and people that participate in our screening services is of paramount importance to AMS.
Providing onsite support to clients for clinics run at client facility.
Regular filing and archiving of clinical data in accordance with latest guidelines, with patient confidentiality a critical priority.
General administrative duties including re\-direction of queries to relevant departments, management of spreadsheets and re\-scheduling of patient appointments.
Provide adminsitration support for colleagues.
Monitor office supplies and arrange orders as required.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Strong administrative skills. Attention to detail is very important.
Excellent communication skills.
IT Literate (MS word, excel etc).
Strong customer service skills. Previous experience in a customer service role an advantage.
Reliable.
Pay: €29,000\.00\-€32,000\.00 per year
