What we’re looking for:
✅ A degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration
✅ Experience working with children and young people with neurodiversity and complex developmental trauma
✅ A commitment to delivering occupational therapy within a trauma\-informed and neuro\-affirming framework
✅ Confidence in assessing sensory needs and implementing practical strategies in a residential care setting
✅ Excellent communication, report\-writing, and time management skills
✅ A reflective practitioner who thrives in a collaborative, multi\-disciplinary team
✅ Passionate about promoting participation, independence, and well\-being in daily life
