Role Outline
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Occupational Health Administrator to support our OH Clinical Team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our Occupational Health service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for providing high\-quality support in a professional and client\-focused environment.

As an Occupational Health Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing all administrative tasks to a high standard and within required time limits.
- Managing and coordinating diaries and appointments for all clinical staff.
- Assisting in the production of monthly OH reports, statistics, and audits of clinical note input onto Gateway.
- Taking meeting notes and producing minutes, such as for OH Team Management Meetings.
- General administrative duties, including uploading clinical notes and maintaining office stationery stock in coordination with the customer.
- Managing your own computer files, emails, and records while demonstrating excellent organisation.
- Providing reception duties, handling telephone messages, and liaising with clients to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Supporting clinical staff with additional administrative tasks as required.
- Using multiple databases and internet systems to record statistics accurately.
- 5 GCSEs at standard grades or equivalent qualifications.
- Previous administration experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent proficiency in PC software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise a varied workload effectively.
- A self\-motivated attitude and the ability to work independently using your own initiative.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills, as much of the role involves liaising with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of the OH team and health professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential medical matters across telephone, email, and face\-to\-face interactions.
- Exceptional time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
- Experience working in a clinical environment.
- Previous experience in an Occupational Health setting.
- Commercial awareness.
- Experience handling sensitive and confidential data.
