We are recruiting a Toddler Room Leader to manage a vibrant preschool room, supporting children’s development through play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead EYFS curriculum planning and delivery

  • Support communication, social and emotional development

  • Manage and motivate staff

  • Oversee observations and learning journeys

  • Ensure safeguarding and compliance

Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification (or above)

  • UK Nursery Experience

  • Previous room leader/senior experience

  • Strong EYFS knowledge

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Desirable: French, Mandarin, or Arabic (not essential)
