We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nursery Nurse Level 3 to join our childcare team. Duties

• Plan and deliver engaging, age\-appropriate activities that support children's developmental needs


• Supervise children during playtime, mealtimes, and rest periods, ensuring their safety at all times


• Observe and record children's progress, behaviours, and achievements to inform future planning


• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication


• Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating environment that meets health and safety standards


• Support children's emotional well\-being by providing comfort and guidance as needed


• Assist with the organisation of nursery routines and activities to promote learning through play


• Contribute to the overall management of the nursery by supporting team leadership and management tasks when required

Skills

• Proven experience working with children within a childcare or nursery setting


• Strong management and leadership abilities to guide both children and team members effectively


• Excellent communication skills in English to liaise confidently with parents, colleagues, and external professionals


• Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices in childcare


• Ability to demonstrate childcare expertise with a focus on child development milestones


• Organisational skills to manage daily routines efficiently and maintain accurate records


• Valid driving licence is desirable for transporting children or attending external activities as required


• A caring attitude combined with patience, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£36,887\.50 per year
