We're looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead our Canning Town setting and make it their own. You'll work closely with the directors to deliver outstanding childcare, bringing your own personality to the nursery while keeping our standards high. This is a hands\-on role. You'll be responsible for the day\-to\-day running of the nursery, leading a dedicated team, getting the best out of their skills and experience, and continuing to develop our learning programme. You'll create a supportive, nurturing environment for your team and inspire them to give every family the best possible experience. You'll have a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted results under your direct management. What you'll be responsible for \- Achieving and maintaining high standards of care and education \- Leading and managing the team, including recruitment, retention, training, support and day\-to\-day guidance \- Making sure all policies, procedures and curriculums are followed at all times \- Keeping up to date with current early years practice and thinking \- Managing the nursery's budget and occupancy to support profitability and growth \- Building strong relationships with parents \- Overseeing day\-to\-day operations, including marketing, HR, quality assurance, and health and safety.
