Eagle House is a well\-established nursing and residential care home in Sheffield, providing high\-quality, person\-centred care in a supportive and compassionate environment. We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our caring team. Eagle House is a nursing home registered for up to 46 residents and is rated "Good" by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high\-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and care staff.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Ensure compliance with CQC standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient\-centred approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
