NMC Registered Nurse - UK Applicants (Full Time- nights 44hrs per week)

Registered Nurse

Duties:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH STEP\-DOWN/SHORT TERM ADMISSIONS

\-Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with procedures.
\- Document patient information accurately and in compliance with medical records standards.
\- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
\- Educate patients and their families on healthcare conditions, treatment options, and self\-care techniques.
\- Adhere to patient privacy and confidentiality.
\- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
\- Assist with the coordination of resident appointments and referrals.

Skills:

\- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and anatomy.
\- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\- Ability to multitask and prioritize resident needs.
\- Attention to detail in medical documentation and record keeping.
\- Proficient in using electronic health record systems.
\- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

You should have at least 3 or more years post registration experience, with some of this being in a care home setting.
