About the Role:

As a Senior Care Practitioner your responsibilities will include:

Leading and guiding care staff to deliver safe, effective, person\-centred care

Dispensing and managing medication in line with our policies and procedures

Maintaining and updating accurate care plans and documentation

Promoting residents’ well\-being, respecting their individuality, dignity, and preferences

Supporting the Management Team to ensure the smooth day\-to\-day running of the home

Essential Skills

What We Are Looking For:

Essential:

Previous experience in a care setting

Confidence in leading shifts and managing care delivery

Willingness to pursue further training and qualifications

Desirable:

NVQ Level 2 or above in Health \& Social Care

Experience in medication administration

Additionally, you should have:

A genuine passion to make a positive impact

A hardworking and motivated attitude

A respectful, compassionate, and team\-focused approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

You will also be encouraged to actively engage residents through meaningful conversations, shared interests, and daily routines tailored to their individual lifestyles.
