<p><strong>The Role… </strong></p>
<p>We are seeking an experienced<strong> Night Porter</strong> to join our team. The role will involve ensuring our guests and members receive the best possible experience from the moment they arrive on site. You´ll love the direct contact with people and possess an excellent host talent. We are also looking for someone who is flexible, communicative and a good team player. On site we have small electric floats to take guests wherever they need to go and it will be your responsibility to ensure they have a great experience during their journey.</p>
<p>Full driving licence is required for the role and due to our insurance policy you must be over 21 years of age. As part of our Soho House team your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact.</p>

<p><strong>Key duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li data-start="1780" data-end="1845">Welcome guests and assist with luggage on arrival and departure</li>
<li data-start="1780" data-end="1845">Escort guests to rooms and provide a warm introduction to the House when required</li>
<li data-start="1934" data-end="2001">Support Front of House with guest requests and general assistance</li>
<li data-start="2004" data-end="2068">Maintain cleanliness and organisation of luggage and vehicles</li>
<li data-start="2071" data-end="2140">Assist with deliveries, room moves, and internal requests as needed</li>
<li data-start="2143" data-end="2216">Conduct regular checks of public areas, reporting any issues or hazards</li>
<li data-start="2219" data-end="2294">Support other departments during busy periods to ensure smooth operations</li>
<li data-start="2297" data-end="2363">Always represent Soho House standards, values, and service style</li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<p data-start="2402" data-end="2549">A successful Night Porter at Soho House will be friendly, reliable, and enjoy being part of a team that delivers thoughtful, first-class service. I<span data-contrast="auto">deally you will have up to 2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service. </span><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p>

<li data-start="2553" data-end="2655">Previous experience in a porter, hospitality, or guest-facing role is an advantage but not essential</li>
