Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team, you will oversee service operations on the floor, ensure staff are well-guided and professional, and </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228748840 BCX0">maintain</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228748840 BCX0"> the </span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228748840 BCX0">high standards</span><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW228748840 BCX0"> that reflect the identity of the club.</span></span> </p>
<p>Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and paying of the bill. </p>

<p><strong>Key duties…</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Warmly greet members, introduce menus, and ensure immediate engagement upon seating.</li>
<li>Take accurate food and drink orders, accommodating any allergies or dietary needs.</li>
<li>Deliver a seamless service by coordinating with kitchen and bar staff, ensuring timely and correct order delivery.</li>
<li>Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and drink pairings.</li>
<li>Maintain exceptional table service—top up water, wine, and beverages proactively throughout the member’s stay.</li>
<li>Ensure a pristine environment, including setting up and resetting tables, and maintaining cleanliness at all times.</li>
<li>Handle member requests and special accommodations with flexibility to create memorable, personalized experiences.</li>
<li>Support seamless payment through card, the Soho House App, or House Pay.</li>
<li>Uphold discretion and professionalism, especially when serving VIPs and PWKs.</li>
<li>Lead and supervise the daily service on the restaurant floor, ensuring seamless and elevated guest experiences. </li>
<li>Support and motivate the waitstaff team, offering training, coaching, and consistent feedback. </li>

<p><strong>What we are looking for...</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with experience in a supervisory or senior waiter position </li>
<li>Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service </li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach </li>
<li>Confident, polished, and professional demeanour </li>
<li>Exceptional communication and organisational skills </li>
<li>Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software</li>
