Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team on a part time basis in our 32 bed care home supporting older persons and individuals living with dementia. You will be supporting our night team during peak hours.
Hours \& Schedule:
- 36 hours per week (3 nights per week) on a rotating weekly schedule—flexibility is essential.
- Additional overtime opportunities available, including flexible shifts from 6:00 AM \- 10:00 AM or 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Honest, motivated, and reliable individuals.
- A genuine caring nature and passion for helping others.
- A good sense of humour and ability to provide emotional support to residents.
- NVQ Level 2 in Health \& Social Care (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
- Previous night shift experience is advantageous.
