Pay Rate: £13\.71 per hour

Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team on a part time basis in our 32 bed care home supporting older persons and individuals living with dementia. You will be supporting our night team during peak hours.

Hours \& Schedule:

• 16 hours per week (4 nights per week) on a rotating weekly schedule \- flexibility is essential.


• Part Time Night shifts run from 8:00 PM to 12:00 AM


• Additional overtime opportunitiesavailable, including flexible shifts from 6:00 AM \- 10:00 AM

• Honest, motivated, and reliable individuals.


• A genuine caring nature and passion for helping others.


• A good sense of humour and ability to provide emotional support to residents.


• QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health \& Social Care (preferred).


• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.


• Previous night shift experience is advantageous.
