We are looking for experienced and compassionate Night Care Assistant to support our services on a flexible, as\-needed basis. This is a key leadership role on shift, supporting residents, guiding care staff, and ensuring high standards of care and compliance are maintained at all times.

This role is ideal for Carers who want variety across services, and the opportunity to work within a supportive, values\-driven organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support care staff during shifts


• Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care to residents


• Act as a role model, promoting dignity, respect, and compassion


• Administer medication in line with policies (where trained)


• Complete accurate documentation and handovers


• Respond to emergencies and escalate concerns appropriately


• Support new staff and agency workers on shift


• Ensure safeguarding, health \& safety, and infection control standards are met

• NVQ Level 2 in Health \& Social Care (or working towards)


• Previous experience as a Care Assistant /Support Worker


• Confident leading shifts and supporting staff


• Strong communication and organisational skills


• Flexible, reliable, and professional
