Night Care Assistant

THIS IS NOT AN ORDINARY CARE HOME, we are privately owned family run care home (maximum of 19 residents) full of fun and laughter. Yes you will work hard, but you will be part of a small team where everyone is treated as an equal.

We specialise in dementia care and we are looking for an exceptional carer to cover Night shifts (8am\-8pm) to join our small team.

Please check the location before applying for the role \- there is no public transport in the area. Ideally, you will have your own transport and live locally.

We pride ourselves in providing a home from home environment, even including our resident pets.

We are not a purpose built home and you will get to know every resident and team member very well. We have very little turnover and vacancies rarely come up.

You will assist in providing a high standard of care to the residents. While promoting privacy, dignity and choice of independence for all residents within a safe environment.

All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and will be subject to satisfactory references and all employees are checked against the Disclosure \& Barring Service (DBS).

We offer full training for individuals interested in working within this rewarding sector, experience is not essential.
