NHS/Private Dentist - Full Time

Bredbury Dental Centre, part of the Au Dental, is looking for a new Associate to join our highly experienced, energetic and forward\-looking team.

This practice is a fully fledged 8 surgery dental centre. This expansion has all happened over a few years with a vision of making Bredbury Dental Centre a leading dental provider in the Stockport area.

The group is supported by a marketing department; and focuses heavily on clinical development through it’s development programme \- Au Evolve. There is an exciting parternship with Elevate Dental where heavily discounted exclusive training is available. A number of specialists work in our group from endodontists to implantologists and oral surgeons that have hospital experience.

Our vision is to make every practice a specialist centre that focuses on the patient experience.

Role:

• 4500 UDAs \+ private income. We are happy to show redacted data on associate performance. We are implement a drive behind marketing and online booking.


• Days: 4 \-5 days per week


• Opportunity to work on weekends with a proven track records with other associates that are currently work on the weekend.


• Established well\-maintained NHS and private patient list


• Start date March\-26

• An experienced and supportive single\-site practice manager


• A strong lead clinician team and Clinical Advisors


• £12,000\+ spent on marketing monthly e.g. Google Ads


• 850\+ Google Reviews \& a strong focus on patient experience


• 8 surgery practice with an i\-Tero Scanner and Trios


• Fully digitalised currently using iPads in every surgery. iPads are used to show portfolios, visual animations and sign treatment plans


• A strong Clinical team spearheaded by 2x Clinical Advisors


• Long\-serving, dedicated and highly experienced team


• 25\-30 minute drive from Central Manchester and have a train station close by that is only a short walk to.


• Practice offers Cosmetic Dentistry, Invisalign, Facial Aesthetics, Implants, Oral Surgery plus Hygienist and Therapist.

• The practice has support of a lead clinician with 20\+ years experience in dentistry.


• Regular catch\-ups with the Clinical Advisor, Stewart Hanna


• A\&U Evolve, our own training initiative compromising of the opportunity to shadow, attend peer reviews and our annual conference.


• Associate Development Scheme \- course contribution of up to £1,000 available.


• Work with clinicians in our group to develop short term orthodontics skills.


• Develop facial aesthetics experience.


• Opportunity to train to provide sedation


• Observe and develop from an experienced minor oral surgeon


• Observe and learn implant dentistry from our in\-house implantologist

• Rotary Endodontics as standard


• X\-rays in every surgery


• Sectional matrix for use in posterior composites


• Use of a iTero Scanner (within the company)
