New Media Marketing

Salary: £30,000 \- £35,000 per year

Job Type: Full\-time, Permanent

Job Responsibilities

1\. Manage Rednote，Tiktok and Ins accounts, proficient in platform traffic algorithms and operations to boost traffic and conversion rates.

2\. Conduct independent offline store visits, liaise with local merchants and produce recommendation content.

3\. Independently handle full\-cycle content production including shooting, video editing, cover and poster design.

4\. Keep up with trending new media formats, create innovative content plans, and optimize strategies via data analysis.

5\. Respond to private messages and comments, and support group\-buying and holiday campaign marketing.

Job Requirements

1\. Experienced in Rednote operation and traffic growth with proven portfolios; UK local operation experience is a plus.

2\. Skilled at editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).

3\. Strong online sense with capability to create trendy, creative content.

4\. Fluent in both Chinese(Mandarin) and English; familiarity with London local lifestyle industry is preferred.

5\. Able to oversee the whole content workflow, highly executable and available for field visits.

Pay: £30,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
