A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join one of the Midlands leading house builders.
As an award\-winning five\-star house builder, William Davis Homes has an outstanding reputation for delivering high quality family homes across the Midlands and we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales professional to join our team.
This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to showcase their sales skills within a well\-established and growing business.
The ideal candidate will possess a good amount of knowledge and experience of the new homes sector, along with excellent customer service and negotiation skills. Good time management skills are essential as is the ability to build strong working relationships with third parties including estate agents, solicitors, and banks.
We are looking for a dynamic and driven team member that is passionate about sales, property, and customer service.
In return we offer a competitive base salary and attractive commission and bonus scheme, plus company benefits. 30 hrs per week (Please be aware that this role involves working regular weekends and Bank Holidays).
