We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven New Business Sales Executive specializing in Professional Boxing and Events. In this role, you will spearhead efforts to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the live event sectors. Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted Telesales \& LinkedIn outreach to expand our memberships within the Boxing Business Network


• Lead negotiations to close deals efficiently while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support company growth goals


• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge

• Proven experience in B2B sales within the sports or entertainment industry, with a focus on boxing or live events preferred


• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, client needs, and sales metrics for strategic decision\-making


• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing client relationships and sales processes


• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and motivate team collaboration


• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively present ideas, negotiate deals, and foster relationships


• Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to prospecting and closing new business opportunities


• Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with precision

Pay: £120\.00\-£439\.90 per day
