Role Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented New Business \& Marketing Co\-ordinator to support our growing Business Development function. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Development, this role will play a key part in generating new opportunities, supporting client engagement activities, managing procurement portals, and enhancing the company’s marketing presence.
This is a varied role suited to someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is confident producing both marketing and business development content. The successful candidate will be instrumental in strengthening our brand, identifying new opportunities, supporting tender submissions, and helping to drive the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and deliver marketing materials aligned with company objectives
- Manage and update the company website and LinkedIn profile
- Develop engaging content for website, social media, and promotional campaigns
- Produce high\-quality brochures, case studies, and promotional materials
- Identify, track, and qualify new business opportunities
- Manage and monitor procurement portals and framework opportunities
- Support the preparation, formatting, and submission of tender documentation
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities on behalf of the business
- Support and attend client meetings alongside the Business Development team
- Maintain and update company documentation, including policies, accreditations, and case studies
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to gather information for bids, presentations, and marketing activities
- Assist in maintaining a bid library and content database
- Ensure all submissions and company information are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time
- Previous experience in a business development, procurement, bid co\-ordination, or marketing role
- Previous marketing experience
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confidence communicating with clients and representing the business professionally
- Customer service experience with a professional and responsive approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of the social housing sector
- Understanding of passive fire protection/services
- Degree\-level education or equivalent
- £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- 20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays
- Additional 1 day per year of service (up to 3 extra days)
