Salary: Up to £60,000 OTE per year (Basic Salary \+ Uncapped Commission)

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and experienced Car Sales Executive to join our successful team at our state\-of\-the\-art Kia dealership on Pride Park, Derby.

The Role

As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales process


• Selling new Kia vehicles and approved used cars


• Generating and following up sales enquiries


• Building long\-term relationships with customers


• Achieving and exceeding sales targets


• Presenting finance and value\-added products professionally and compliantly


• Maintaining excellent product knowledge

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Be currently working in a vehicle sales executive role


• Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets


• Be highly motivated, driven and customer\-focused


• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Have a professional and enthusiastic approach


• Experience within a franchised dealership environment is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided
