In this pivotal role, you’ll be the driving force behind our warranty processes for new fleet aircraft—ensuring every claim is expertly managed from start to finish. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Configuration \& Technical Data, you’ll help keep our operations running smoothly and in line with aviation regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing* Lead and manage all aspects of new aircraft warranty claims

• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and internal teams to maximise cost recovery


• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with aviation standards


• Provide technical and commercial insights to streamline processes and reduce downtime

What We’re Looking For* Background in aircraft maintenance, engineering, or contract negotiation

• Strong analytical and communication skills


• Confident in negotiating with OEMs and vendors


• Detail\-oriented with a structured approach to problem\-solving


• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
