We are now looking for an experienced and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join our HR team, based at Low Fare Finder House, Leeds Bradford International Airport.
As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work closely with key business areas within our engineering function, providing strategic HR support, guidance, and coaching that enhances people capability and drives business performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across our engineering teams.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on complex and escalated employee relations matters.
- Lead, coach, and develop HR Officers to ensure high\-quality support is delivered to managers.
- Support and lead HR projects that contribute to business development and the overall HR strategy.
- Partner with wider HR teams to ensure effective delivery of employee lifecycle and people\-related activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for organisational change initiatives.
- Design and deliver HR training for managers on policies, procedures, and people management best practice.
- Proven HR business partnering experience within a fast\-paced environment.
- Experience influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
- Ability to balance business risk with practical HR solutions.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong coaching and mentoring capability.
- Up\-to\-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent) would be advantageous
