About the Role
As Net Re venue M anagement Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Net Re venue M anagement ( NRM) transfor mation across div erse markets a nd function s . Working within our central Commercial Development team, you will drive behavioural change, implement data\-driven processes, and part ner with teams to unlock sustainable , profit able grow th .
What You Will Do
Enable data\-driven planning and execution
- Deploy NRM planning processes, including NRM annual planning
- Lead NRM “Sprints” (workshops) to identify and activate growth opportunities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing and other functions to embed NRM frameworks
- Support financial tracking and KPI development to measure impact
- Lead and evolve the NRM People Accelerator roadmap to embed cross\-functional behavioural change
- Collaborat ively d esign and deliver engagement and embe dding programmes
- Maintain and improve NRM playbooks and resource hub
- Run NRM maturity assessments and track impact through KPIs
- Lead NRM Excellence Network sessions and cult ivate a n engage d international communit y
- Promote best practice through knowledge sharing and recognition
- Ensure NRM analytical platforms are embedded in ways of working
- P artner wi th local market s to gene rate actiona ble in sights from data \& anal yt ics
- O w n the o ngoing de velopment and ado ption of our L andscape Assessme nt Portal Power BI rep ort
You are a n e ngaging , anal ytical , and commercially minded oper ator with strong NRM expertise and the ability to influence inte rnational and cross\- functiona l teams .
Key requirements:
- Extensive experience in FMCG commercial or strategic roles
- 3\+ years in Ne t Reve nue Man agemen t / Re venue G rowth Mana gement ( RGM) / Strat egic Re venue M anagement (S RM) / Commerc ial Str ateg y / Market Strategy \& Planning ( MS\&P )
- Strong knowledge of NRM levers (pricing, PPA, promotions, mix, trade investment)
- Proven ability to lead on numerical topi cs, su ch as scen ario pl anning
- Proven ability to lead change and deliver results in matrix environments
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and project management capability
- Excited to pioneer new ways of working within Essity and motivated to drive organizational behavioural change
- Experience delivering capability\-building programmes is advantageous
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel (20–30%)
